    In this case calling it a "proposal" is a bit strong, I'd same it's more of a request from an idiot and I really doubt it will lead anywhere.

    OK, hate to revive an old thread, but now it is a proposal, bills have been introduced in the house and senate and assigned to committee to do all of this crap, just hopping that it will die in committee in at least one if not both chambers.
    I have to add that there are so many ani-gun bills this year that it's hard to pick the worst. I've only come across one or two good ones, the bad ones are more than I've seen in recent years so get ready to contact your reps.
