    SB 128 is on the Govenor's Desk

    The burden of proof bill has been sent to the governor's desk.
    Not a really big surprise but after being watered down at the insistence of the state prosecutors, they are now lobbing the Governor to veto it. These morons just never seem to stop.
    Not sure what the chances of the Governor vetoing it are but this is the only relatively good gun bill that make it this year. It was better before it got watered down. The prosecutors need to go pound sand.

    why would the prosecutors want to do they job? remember Scott had to fire one not to long ago for not doing her job
    Governments are ravenous for revenue to fund the promises that purchase votes.
