Very little progress in the FL Legislature this year

Very little progress but at least CS/SB 128: Self-defense Immunity passed and is on the way to the Governors desk. It was watered down a little but at least it puts the burden of proof back on the state where it belongs.

That's true Rick, but it should have been a much better year.

I still can't believe that legal airport carry in non-sterile areas never even got discussed.

Well, that and a few other things, but that seemed like a no-brainer to me.

There were several that never got past committee and the legislature should be ashamed of themselves. The only good thing I can say is that at least IMHO the most important one, burden of proof SB128 made it through even though it was watered down a bit. But at least once the governor signs it the burden of proof is back on the state where it should always have been anyway.
